Salary: €80.000 + car + bonus

As an FP&A Manager at Chubb you will be working in an international and dynamic organization. The FP&A Manager will report directly to the Finance Director and will be a major sparringpartner towards the business and finance department. Within Chubb you will have a highly visible position and be responsible for analyzing the financial results and will have a major contribution to strategical decision making. The ideal candidate has a relevant finance degree, minimum of 7-10 years of working experience and the right energy to get things done.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage two FTE’s, provide leadership and latent development skills
  • Be a sparringpartner towards the Finance Director, Business Controllers, Finance Departments and Customers;
  • Provide timely and accurate risk & opportunity analysis in cooperation with the business units and functional leadership;
  • Support the business units with financial and operational analysis and prepare/support budget-, business- and monthly financial reporting packages;
  • Coordinate employment productivity KPI’s and provide improvement insights;
  • Prepare monthly ‘task/contingency’ analysis using local consolidation tools;
  • Prepare and advice on CAPEX and restructuring programs to the leadership;
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc  analytics to key FP&A customers (Management & Region)  covering budgets, forecasting and actual financial performance;
  • Responsible for the periodic HFM forecast data and bottoms-up excel forecast data;
  • Advice and support the Managing Director (partner in business) at times of Forecast & Budget review preparations (upwards to the region);
  • Prepare cash flow balance sheet analysis;
  • Provide reporting standards guidance across the four business units (Field costs, employment costs, and margin analysis);
  • Constantly invest in further improving the FP&A department;

Education and Skills

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience, preferably in a productivity driven environment
  • Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Excellent communication skills, at least fluent in English & Dutch;
  • People person and high level of empathy;
  • Right positive to get things done and able to inspire people;
  • Relevant ERP experience is a plus (preferably JDE) and HFM (Hyperion);
