Schweppes International Limited – Business Reporting Analyst

Salary: € 48.000 - € 53.000,-

As a Business Reporting Analyst at Schweppes International Limited (SIL) you will work in an international, dynamic and ambitious organization. As a Business Reporting Analyst you will report directly to the Business Reporting Manager. Besides the team, you will have a lot of internal and international stakeholders, such as marketing, the IT department and local finance managers. Amongst other tasks, you will be challenging and controlling the costs for lots of stakeholders. Schweppes is looking for an enthusiastic team player who is eager to be stretched to think and creatively solves problems. You are responsible for the accuracy and consistency of management information and for developing knowledge of the business to bring value to the reports. You need to constantly adapt to the fast moving organization and business. Within Schweppes you will be challenged to develop yourself as you get the opportunity to involve yourself in internal improvements, and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a international company and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.


Tasks and Responsibilities

Indirect Cost Control

  • Drive monthly closing process with no surprise, including posting journal entries, cross charges from/to sister companies, tracking provisions, reporting to Region
  • Consolidate Indirect Costs Reporting of 7 legal entities
  • Design and animate rolling forecast process in close cooperation with Budget Owners
  • Design and develop analysis reports in BI
  • Manage Procure-To-Pay process in SAP: purchase orders, good receipts, cost centers and cross recharges, train users
  • Support other entities in G&A management, support all organizational and business change, drive ICP x-charges
  • Consolidate & support yearly Budget and Forecasts

Gate Keeper of Marketing Expenses Process

  • Administrator of the Marketing Approval Tool for all SIL markets and lead the development of the tool solution in cooperation with the IT Department and External Service Provider


Education and personal skills

  • A bachelor degree in Finance/accounting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance department
  • Strong knowledge of excel and experience with SAP is a pre
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic fast paced working environment working with strong deadlines
  • Taking initiative and be self-starting
